Glow Fermentation is a branding concept for a brewery specializing in fun and creative beers. With low ABV and IBU, they appeal most to those who prefer a lighter, fruitier, and more refreshing beverage that will pair best with a lazy day by the water, a camping weekend with friends, or any occasion where hops and bitterness just aren’t the vibe.
Being a brewery that appeals most to those who can’t stand a bitter IPA, we approached this branding project from the opposite end of the spectrum when it comes to more traditional beer branding. We took inspiration from the usual non-beer competition (ciders, seltzers, cocktails, etc) and incorporated bright pastels, California-dreamin’ vibes, and an overall feminine tone to appeal to a target audience seeking a laidback, summery experience.
